. Welcome to LawBelle MicroSchool
LawBelle MicroSchool is a small, personalized learning community for teens ages 13–18. Built around our philosophy of Individual Pace + Shared Experience, we combine individualized academic learning with collaborative exploration, creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application. Every learner is supported as an individual while remaining part of a connected learning community.

How Learning Works
At LawBelle MicroSchool, learning follows two complementary pathways:
Individual Practice (IP) allows students to develop foundational skills at their own pace, with personalized guidance, resources, and opportunities to build mastery.
Connected Flow (CF) brings learners together through interdisciplinary exploration, discussion, creativity, and meaningful connections between subjects and everyday life.
Together, these pathways support academic growth, independence, collaboration, and the confidence to keep learning.
At LawBelle, students aren't expected to fit into a predetermined grade-level pace. Learning begins with understanding each student's existing knowledge, strengths, interests, challenges, and individual needs.
Through ongoing observations, a Student Learning Profile, and an Individual Learning Plan (ILP), we identify meaningful learning priorities and select resources that support each student's progress.
Learning is organized into flexible six-week cycles, allowing students to build skills, demonstrate understanding, explore their interests, and reflect on their growth.
Mastery matters more than speed. Students who need additional time receive it, while students ready for new challenges are encouraged to continue growing.
Our learning days follow a consistent, flexible rhythm designed to support independence, connection, and individual learning needs.
Students begin with handwritten journaling, followed by Individual Practice (IP), LawBelle Reading Method+, and Connected Flow (CF). We finish with a gentle closing that allows students to reflect and prepare for their next learning experience.
Throughout the day, students are encouraged to ask questions, participate in discussions, and develop confidence in their own learning process.
